I have been collaborating with Elena for several years, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with her. Over the past year, she has been helping me develop a strategy for the integration program for the displaced people. With her systemic approach, Elena has been able to design a comprehensive and sustainable program that includes training, coaching, psychological safety and health components. Thanks to her emotional intelligence and exceptional people skills, she immediately establishes trust with the audience, making her an outstanding coach and facilitator. Director Client Services, Academy Lead, ctrl QS

LinkedIn

Elena  helped me build the base of the ctrl QS Academy and develop multiple strategic initiatives. She joined as Consultant at a time where our Academy had just been set up and there was a need to find a learning approach that would fit the company culture and our fast-paced environment while ensuring the quality. Elena does not only hold a wealth of knowledge in these areas, she is also very professional, calm and approachable in general which made working with her a very enriching experience. We have a fully setup strategic approach now, a clear workflow, a clear evaluation process and all that thanks to Elena`s work and expertise. Next to her strategic mission, she found time to upskill the entire Academy team and was never shy to jump into the work hands-on if needed. Thank you, Elena!

Elena is structured, organized, curious, incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent service-oriented professional who will always go the extra mile. We worked together on a 2-day training for a global client’s internal team to help them upskill in Learning & Development fundamentals while building their 15 different internal Academies. It was a success leading to further training initiative requests with this client. Besides being a dedicated and hard-working professional, Elena is also a kind and caring person, which always makes working with her a delightful experience.

Maria Teixeira

Learning Program Manager at ctrl QS

LinkedIn

Elena is an incredible advocate for people surrounding her. Her devotion to getting down to the root causes of problems and staying focused on what needs to get done to support performance as efficiently as possible were an inspiration. She has proactively shown our Academy how far we can go, how deeply impactful we can be with a solid strategy. After a single needs analysis call with her, people could see immediate practical benefits to her work and take action the following days. Elena is deeply compassionate and present, willing to share her knowledge and cares to do so accessible. I have no doubt that wherever Elena goes next, the people there will have a dedicated advocate keeping their best interest in mind.

CASE STUDIES

Grief Group: Facilitation and Management

I founded and managed a grief group, providing assistance to women who have experienced the loss of their parents. My responsibilities included designing and leading group sessions that addressed various topics such as navigating life changes, managing emotions, and fostering coping mechanisms.

I actively cultivated a positive and supportive group environment, prioritizing psychological safety for all participants. As a result, nearly 100% of the attendees reported substantial benefits from the program, and 80% consistently attended the sessions.

Management and Instructional Design for a Project on Anxiety

I co-led the creation of the education project "Society without Anxiety," an online course aimed at supporting people in learning techniques to cope with anxiety in everyday situations and challenging circumstances.

I was responsible for the instructional strategy, stakeholder management, and overall project management and quality control.

Academy Strategy in a Digital Agency

Within 6 months, I helped build the strategy for a corporate academy for a digital agency. Through systematic analysis, I helped create an overall instructional approach, considering rapid company growth and change processes.

I worked across 6 teams on more than 10 strategic topics, from client service to health and as a result, the Academy team now has a fully strategic setup, defined analysis and evaluation processes, clear workflow, and an upskilled team.

Training Lab for an NGO

I created and implemented a Training Lab, a train-the-trainer program for a Berlin-based NGO that assists displaced people and newcomers. I trained and mentored over 200 trainers, mostly delivering tech related training. The training covered various topics such as group management, motivation, instructional analysis, and training methodologies, while considering psychological safety requirements and intercultural aspects.

Additionally, I provided individual mentoring to address ongoing issues and requests. The program consistently received over 95% positive feedback.

Training and coaching concept for unaccompanied minors

I designed and delivered targeted group and individual language training and learning coaching for more than 100 unaccompanied minors with diverse levels of education and psychological states, ensuring their long-term integration and motivation to learn.

The repeated show-up rate consistently exceeded 85%, indicating a high level of participant engagement. Additionally, I assisted them in developing effective learning strategies and provided support in overcoming motivational challenges.
